The Alutiiq Museum is hosting a community potluck to celebrate the Alutiiq Wild Foods Project Cookbook and DVD. The potluck is Friday, September 13, at 5:30 p.m., at the Koniag Building on Near Island (194 Alimaq Drive).
Bring a dish, family, and friends to enjoy the debut viewing (first viewing) of the cookbook and dvd. The potluck is free and open to the community. Donations are accepted.
This is NOT at the Alutiiq Museum downtown. Go over the bridge to Near Island and stay on the main road that will curve to the right and go down toward the boat harbor. The Koniag Building will be on your right, on the hill above the harbor.
